I've been a fan of personal eats for years, chef Michael is great, presentation, taste and satisfaction is through the roof. Very professional, he delivers smiles on a plate with every dish and sub sandwiches are awesome at every party I have hosted he is requested.... if you have yet to taste one of his many dishes you are missing out on great food. Last year I had the pleasure of being invited to a dinner where Chef Wiley was catering and I was delightfully surprised with the outcome. The dinner table settings were amazing. I felt like I was in a five star restaurant. The presentation of the appetizer followed by the meal was wonderful. Everything was very pleasing to the eye. Although everything was pleasing to the eye it could not come close to the taste. The risotto balls and stuffed chicken with vegetables were absolutely divine! Keep up the good work

Hello my name is Chef Michael Wiley I will be talking about my concept and my business called Personal Eats. I came up with personal eats and its slogan "personals eats we personalize a menu just for you." well that could be taken as personal chef or catering for that is what my business is geared towards personal chef work and catering . As I talk I will be answering the following questions: What type of food does my menu showcase? What inspired me to choose the particular cuisine? What is my goal fine dining, private chef, food truck etc.....? Who will be my clientele?
I came up with personal eats even before I decided to attend le cordon bleu back in 2011 and my food that I showcase on my menu is an twist on soul food. what really inspired me to choose this particular type of cuisine I would say my mother { Darlene Davis}, and my grandfather {Robert Thomas}, and my Grandmother { Gwendolyn Thomas} rip 1943-2005 these people inspired me to cook period!, the food I grew up on is what I wanted to improve, honestly if is wasn't for them I wouldn't found cooking and feel in love with it. I have an huge imagination so I would always wonder what other flavors I could put together to improve or to put an twist on what I already knew. the different combo's I could use to put an unique twist so that the customers experience a total different flavor every time but with the same food! I want to make it so once you bite into it the flavors dance and take you back to a point in your life where you were the happiest you have ever been. my goal is basically good food to service those that are celebrating special events and familys that just want that quiet dinner at home ,my clientele would be the community and who ever they tell, word of mouth is very powerful more powerful then commericals.
